The story of the Mennonite Brethren church is the story of people seeking to make the Great Commission central to all of life. The Mustard Tree summarizes that attempt, sketching the development and present status (as of 1970) of the Mennonite Brethren church in fourteen countries abroad. The material is drawn from personal correspondence of missionaries and national leaders, from field reports, and from BOMAS releases; the material is brief and pointed, and will provide excellent quick reference for the church member who wishes to see what the Mennonite Brethren are doing abroad.
